Sat here watching the 2015 election the BBC are predicting a majority of 331 and I'm predicting 329 - Lets see who is right :)

Hi and thank you for visiting this blog. I have been involved in the property market since I was 19 and involved in the Leighton Buzzard Property market since 2010, owning and running Pierce & Company Residential Sales & Lettings.

I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge on the local property market in Leighton Buzzard with my landlords and vendors but now I want to share that knowledge with everyone in town.

On this blog, I will talk about what is happening in the town's property market itself, even looking at specific streets or housing estates. I will post what I consider to be a decent property to but, whether they are owner occupier or a buy to let investment. I may even venture out to adjoining towns if the right deal is there for you, even if it is on with other agents. But in the main I will be concentrating on the property market in Leighton Buzzard, Wing, Stewkley, Hockliffe and surrounding villages.
